Smile Independent Living Support Ltd was founded in October 2007 by Julie Dwyer. Julie had been managing another local support company, and with Service Users and professionals calling for her to set up her own service, it seemed a natural transition to set up Smile, with the help of sister Jenny and husband Paul.
Julie’s reputation for her commitment to Service Users and her ongoing support of Service Users in the period she was out of work, was an indication of how she would run her business - Service User led. This focus remains today, with Smile striving to provide the best possible care and support for each individual Service User. We work for each individual and train our staff to the very highest standards.
